JRD was founded in Dublin in 2014. Jordan Ralph studied at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and the Aarhus School of Architecture in Denmark. After graduating, he spent time in Copenhagen working in the studios of AiAiAi and KiBiSi / BIG architects.
He has exhibited as part of the Global Irish Design Challenge, spoken Offsite as part of the Irish creative conference Offset and won an IDI award for Sustainable Design. Jordan was named as one of the 50 People to Watch in 2017 by The Irish Times, and featured as one of the 19 for ‘19 in Totally Dublin.
The studio was established with a focus on creating innovative, unique and fresh experiences and environments. JRD’s approach is to respond to a client’s brief with an entirely original concept and design. This is then executed in the studio’s signature future-minimalist aesthetic.
